About the Author

It’s a rare thing to say, but Pinellas County is actually my home town. I’m one of the few born and raised here. I have lived in other cities such as Tampa and even Weeki Wachee (try saying that five times fast), but Pinellas will always be home to me.
Growing up, I didn’t realize living near the beach was a luxury. It is something I definitely took for granted in my youth. Then I started to see thousands of families who flocked here just to see the ocean. Some save up for years just to see our sugar white sands, hear the crash of the waves, and soak up the warm Florida sun. Not to mention our northern friends who spend three or more months here to escape the bitter cold of winter.
In 2011, I began working at a luxury real estate office in Clearwater Beach. It was there that I realized my passion for real estate and decided to pursue it as a full-time career. In October 2021, along with Tom Smith, I launched Beachwise Real Estate. I am excited to bring the latest technology and elevated service to you.
Helping clients buy and sell property on the beach is very rewarding. I have met many dynamic people and learned a lot from them. The best part is when someone buys their first beach or waterfront property. The pure joy on their face when they finally own a piece of paradise is priceless. It’s very heart warming to know that not only they, but also their family and friends, will enjoy this new home. And the cycle of real estate continues.
