What to expect for the next 4 months:
Historically summer months are slow. However, a lot of buyers are on the fence meaning if we start to see the economy stabilize and lower rates we could see a large influx of these buyers back into the market. Sellers who have had homes listed for several months will be ready to negotiate and housing will start the rebound.
