The St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island housing market continues its positive momentum. Demand is high and inventory low so the market is in the sellers favor. The supply of single family homes dropped 48.9% in July to 1.95 months while prices increased on average 16.7% year over year. Closed sales were up 16.7% while active listings are down 6.5%. The average days on the market for a single family home is 36 days. For attached homes (condo/townhome) the months of supply dropped 4% to 3.05. The average sale price for attached homes actually dipped 2.1% while closed sales were up 16.7% year over year.
